Two and Three Element Bidirectional Meters - 7/07

We have revised the meter firmware to allow us to make a bidirectional version of every meter we make, no matter what the voltage, current or number of elements. Our earlier bidirectional meter, the Everglades model, was a single element meter and did not work properly when used with more than one CT.

These meters are ideal for solar and wind powered systems that are connected to the grid. The meter typically supplied by the power company typically reports the net power furnished the user, but does not report the total amount of power used or sent to the grid. The bidirectional meters furnish that info.
